Liberty High School put on it's first ever musical this year. South Pacific was a great success and Jaime and Dallin had a fantastic time and it was fun to see them enjoy time together.
Dallin was recruited as an addition to the orchestra. They really sounded amazing for such a small group. He loved being a part of it -- Long rehearsals and all-- no complaints from this boy. If there's music involved-- he's there!
Jaime was a Nurse and part of the ensemble. She gave up swim team this year due to a little "senioritis" and found this to be the reason why.... now she had time to do some fun things she never would have had time for. ("Senioritis" will be the label for my next post I think.)
Jaime's true talent got a chance to shine as the resident tattoo artist..... yes, the ship on the belly was crafted by her pen.....EVeRy NigHT.... We will not be encouraging this as an area of employment, but who knows with this economy?? (kidding....!!)
I just had to add this picture to the post. Brayden really loved the play but... he was a little "tired" and crashed about half-way through intermission. You can see what a light sleeper he is. Now, just imagine what our morning scripture study is like?..... yes..it's just as fun as you think it might be :D
