January 2, 2010, Brayden was baptized by his Dad and became an official member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It was a really special day for all of us. Grandma and Grandpa Litchfield were here - they have been to every baptism of our kids. :-D Grandma Christensen, Aunt Pam, Aunt Cindy and Uncle Troy, Aunt Holly and Uncle Dennis, along with lots of cousins and friends. The water was a little "warmish" according to Brayden and COLD according to Dad, but that just goes to show how opinions can change with the influence of the Spirit. Brayden truly had a happy day and basked in the usually unwanted attention.
Getty Museum Trip
Just had to throw in a few pictures of our day at the Getty. We had a terrific time but be warned: if you ever decide to take your 8 year old son to the Museum, it might be a good idea to discuss with him BEFORE hand the fact that art can be portrayed in many different ways.... that is, as Brayden so eloquently put it.... "Geesh, there are a lot of pictures of naked people MOM!! Yes..... that was fun.
Yes, now you tell me where the true art is in this photo?
Having fun in the children's room... Iron Man- you may have met your match!
